If you are experiencing issues with your Poooli printer, such as poor printing quality or errors, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Turn off the printer and remove any paper inside.
- Prepare a cotton cloth or cotton swab soaked with rubbing alcohol.
- Gently wipe the print head from the center towards the edges to clean it.
- After cleaning, do not use the printer immediately. Allow enough time for the alcohol to completely evaporate before you attempt to print again.
In addition to cleaning the print head, resetting your printer may also help resolve the issues:
- Locate the reset button, which is normally situated in a small hole near the USB charger port.
- Use a pin to press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.
- After resetting, recharge your printer fully for approximately two hours before use.
