Cancellation may not be possible because the order is already in motion within our fulfillment system.

Why Cancellations May Not Be Possible:

  • Processing: After 24 hours, the order might have progressed to a stage where products are being picked, packed, or prepared for shipment. Cancelling at this point might disrupt the workflow and result in inventory management issues.
  • Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible as the products are en route to the customer.

Exceptions and Additional Steps:

  • If the order hasn't shipped yet, we will make every effort to accommodate the cancellation request, although this isn't guaranteed.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the customer may need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return or exchange process, if applicable.
