What is the order fulfillment policy?Updated 2 months ago

Poooliprint's policy is to ship between one and three business days after an order is received. When there is a large influx of orders, such as immediately following a new product announcement or during big sales events, the shipping may take a couple of extra days as we catch up. 

Products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers across the world (US, EU, and AU) depending on stock availability. If you want to ensure the your order can be shipped from a close location to your delivery address, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

Newly released products are always shipped from the production site. If an order includes one product not in stock in one of our fulfillment centers, the whole order will be shipped from the production site.
